Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions, which outline everything you need to know about booking our floral-inspired, nature-led design services for your wedding or event in Ireland. By proceeding with a booking, you are agreeing to these conditions.
Booking and payment details
To secure your wedding or event date with Grá&Gather Wedding Decor, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee is €150 for ceremony packages and €250 for full-day packages. The remaining balance for your decor services will be due four weeks before your wedding date. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible for all our couples.
Rescheduling and cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your wedding, we are happy to accommodate this providing your new date is available in our calendar. For cancelled weddings, please note that the booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations are only provided under very special circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We encourage open communication if your plans change.
Our commitment to your special day
At Grá&Gather, you can always expect the utmost respect and our best capabilities to make your wedding day beautiful. We pride ourselves on creating stunning, nature-led decor. Please be aware that travel costs might apply depending on your venue's distance from Kilkenny, Ireland. While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for any injury or damage caused by the misuse of our products. All products are for use only during the ceremony and should not be moved unless previously discussed and agreed upon. We reserve the right to take photographs and create reel videos of our work for social media and promotional purposes. Additionally, we cannot be liable for things outside of our control, such as severe weather disasters. By paying your booking fee, you agree to all our conditions.
Ensuring a seamless setup
To ensure your decor setup goes as smoothly as possible on your big day, we kindly ask that you provide us with the Eircodes for all necessary locations and guarantee full access to the venue(s). Please also supply us with relevant phone numbers so we can coordinate effectively. Your cooperation helps us make your vision a reality without any hitches.
